Speedum provides internet connection speed testing as a free service. Results are estimates based on current network conditions and may vary between tests.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: abuse or overload our testing infrastructure, use automated scripts to perform excessive tests, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use results for fraudulent purposes.

4. Disclaimer

Speed test results are provided "as is" without warranty. Results reflect a snapshot of performance at the time of testing and may be influenced by factors outside our control including local network conditions, ISP throttling, and device performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Speedum shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on Speedum are protected by intellectual property laws. The Speedum name, logo, and visual identity are proprietary.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
